A rare William IV silver gilt Castle-Top Vinaigrette of rectangular form with engine turned base and reeded sides, the lid chased and engraved with a raised scene depicting a rare south west view of Windsor Castle with the river Thames in the foreground. The silver gilt interior with intricately pierced foliate scroll grille. Complete with fitted silk and velvet lined leather case.
