A very rare George III Scottish Provincial Silver Sauce Label of narrow rectangular form with pierced fret-domed surmount and raised eyelets, bright-cut engraved border, incised for ANCHOVY.
Maker's mark only -'IE' struck twice, probably for James Erskine of Aberdeen c1790.
