An extremely fine quality George IV silver Snuff Box of shaped rectangular form with engine turned base, the sides and thumb-piece with deeply chased and embossed foliate decoration, the lid inset with a high relief plaque depicting a scene from Shakespeare's Henry VIII - The Trial of Queen Katherine of Aragon, after a painting by George Henry Harlow. The base with rectangular cartouche engraved a contemporary inscription. Silver gilt interior.
