A George V Continental silver & enamel Cigarette Case of extremely fine and heavy quality, the rounded rectangular form hinged at the narrow end, decorated on all sides with striking blue and green enamels highlighted with gilt, the cover depicting two green and yellow Budgerigars or Parakeets on a blue background.
Import marks of P.H.Vogel & Co, London 1926. Probably made in Austria.
