A huge very fine heavy quality Victorian silver two stage telescopic Propelling Pencil inlaid with gold bands and rims, attached suspension ring. The internal barrel engraved with presentation inscription :- "from a grateful sister-in-law", and with the retailers name of Clark, 33 New Bond Street.
