A cased Victorian silver combined sliding Propelling Pencil and Pen Holder of a large size, the hexagonal body with engine turned decoration. The large finial with acanthus leaf decoration and blood stone seal, unscrewing to reveal a lead reservoir.

Complete with silk and velvet lined fitted leather case.
