A large Edwardian silver combination Vesta Case and Cheroot Holder Case of plain rounded rectangular form with attached suspension ring, two hinged compartments, one to hold matches and the other leather lined to house a cheroot holder, with sprung push-button opening mechanism and of a patented design.
