Rare Victorian Antique Silver Wine Label 'Pasta'
Rawlings & Summers, London 1847
Photo 1 of 5
A extremely rare Victorian silver Wine Label in the Georgian style, of eye shape with bright cut engraved border and floral devises above and below the incised name for Pasta.
This title has not previously been recorded on a Wine Label and its origin is a mystery. It is possibly a derivation of the word Pasto, which has been recorded on a label. Vino A Tutto Pasto is an Italian phrase meaning ""all-round wine"".
By Charles Rawlings & William Summers, London, 1847.
