A fine quality Victorian 18 carat gold miniature cased Propelling Pencil, the case set with diamonds, rubies and sapphires. The pencil extends as it is removed from the sheath and is stamped - 'PAT APPd FOR' and 18CT. The pencil when returned inside the sheath can be twisted to lock it in place. With attached suspension ring.

The case in fine condition and retaining all of the inset jewels. The pencil drive pin not functioning and the whole a little wobbly in its housing.
