An unusual Victorian gold cased or gilt metal triple combination sliding Propelling Pencil, Pen Holder and Toothpick, the shaped fluted body engraved with foliate scroll decoration, the chased screw off finial set with a shield shaped pink agate engraved with initials and opening to reveal the lead reservoir.
Complete with original retailer's silk and velvet lined leather case.
