An extremely rare Victorian novelty silver combination Vesta Case and Whistle made in the form of a fish. The head hinging open to reveal a silver gilt interior. The body realistically chased and engraved with scales and fins.
By Sampson Mordan & Co, London 1895.
Also stamped with a diamond registration mark for the 23rd November 1879.
