A rare Victorian novelty silver Vesta Case made in the form of a Padlock, with cylindrical ribbed barrel, the striker to the top of the flat hinged lid.
By 'T.W.', Birmingham, 1880. Possibly Thomas Wilkinson.
Also stamped with a diamond registration mark to the base.
