A good Victorian silver Vesta Case of rounded rectangular form with sprung hinged lid and attached suspension ring, the face enamelled with three maritime signal flags on a flag pole, depicting the letters B (Bravo), J (Juliette) and Q for (Quebec) which according to the International code of signal flags indicates the word "Combustibles".
