A fine Victorian silver Sovereign Case, of circular form with attached suspension ring and sprung push-button opening mechanism with gold hinge, the face with inset enamelled panel depicting two Swimmers.
By Alfred Wigley, the lid assayed in Chester and the base in Birmingham, both in 1899.
The bezel inscribed - 'January 1913'.
