A rare Victorian silver castle-top Card Case of shaped rectangular form with hinged lid, the back and front with engine turned 'crocodile skin' decoration, the face with a shaped vignette engraved with a view of Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. The reverse with a shaped cartouche engraved with contemporary script initials.
