An extremely rare Victorian silver Vinaigrette of shaped rectangular form, the base engraved with foliate scroll decoration and a vacant cartouche, the lid engraved with a scene depicting Colchester Castle in Essex. The silver gilt interior with foliate scroll pierced grille.
