A good quality Victorian silver combination Vesta Case / Pen Knife / Propelling Pencil and Pipe Cleaner of rounded oblong form with attached suspension ring. The steel implements and silver propelling pencil folding out from the main body. The hinged lid to the vesta case opening to reveal a silver gilt interior. An engraved striker to the side.
