A good quality Victorian silver combined Vesta Case and steel Cigar Cutter, the case of plain oval form with attached suspension ring and striker to one side. The sprung steel cigar cutter with a sliding silver knob to release and secure the striker, the hinged lid opening to a gilded interior.
