A rare William IV fully hallmarked silver sliding mechanical Propelling Pencil with engine turned barrel, foliate chased slider ring and screw-off terminal revealing a lead reservoir containing spare leads, the seal top set with a bloodstone seal carved with an armorial crest depicting a demi-lion rampant holding a cross crosslet fitchee (that of several families).
