A fine William IV silver castle-top Vinaigrette of bombe shape with engine turned base, the sides with raised chased scrolls and flower heads, the lid with inserted repousse plaque depicting Newstead Abbey (the home of Lord Byron) in high relief within a cast foliate border, the silver gilt grille pierced with a flower head surrounded by scrolling fronds.
